Can I exclude certain destinations from my surprise trip?

Yes! Your enjoyment is our priority. During the booking process, let us know if there are specific places you absolutely do not want to visit. We'll tailor your surprise to ensure your destination is somewhere you're excited to explore.

I'm celebrating a special occasion (birthday, honeymoon, etc.). Can you make it extra special?

Is there a maximum number of people that can travel on Voymaze?

We welcome groups of all sizes! Whether you're planning a solo adventure, a couples' getaway, or a larger group reunion, contact us directly, and we'll create a custom surprise trip package.

I'm a nervous flyer. Can you help with that?

Absolutely! Let us know during booking, and we'll suggest flight options that minimize turbulence, as well as provide tips and resources to manage flight anxiety.

Can I bring my pet with me?

Yes, we can arrange for pet-friendly travel! Just mention your furry companion in your questionnaire, and we'll find pet-friendly accommodations and flights, as well as activities that allow your pet to join in on the fun.

I have dietary restrictions/allergies. Can you accommodate those?

Absolutely! When you share your preferences during the booking process, make sure to include anydietary restrictions or allergies. We'll do our best to tailor your itinerary and recommendations accordingly.

I'm not a fan of surprises. Can I get some hints about my destination?

We want to ensure a level of surprise that feels fun, not stressful. While we won't reveal your destination early, we can provide clues based onyour preferences. For instance, we can let you know the general climate or if it's primarily a beach or city destination.

What if I don't want to go where you send me?

Your satisfaction is our priority! In the unlikely event you're truly unhappy with your surprise destination, reach out to us as soon as possible. We'll explore alternative options that fit your budget and preferences. However, due to the nature of surprise travel and pre-booked arrangements, some flexibility may be required.

I don't live in Europe or America. Can I travel with Voymaze?

Absolutely! We welcome adventurers from around the globe. If you have a Schengen visa, we can plan fantastic surprise trips within Europe. Contact us for more details and to explore destination options.

Can I specify what kind of weather I want to be in for my Surprise Getaway?

While we can't guarantee specific weather, we can definitely prioritize destinations based on your preferences. Let us know in your questionnaire if you're longing for sunshine, snowy escapes, or something in between!

What if I know where I want to go?

While we specialize in surprise adventures, we can still help! If you have a specific destination in mind, let us know during the questionnaireprocess. We can tailor a custom trip package to that location, taking care of all the planning and creating an unforgettable itinerary.

I'm having issues booking my trip online! What do you suggest?

What are the payment options?

We offer convenient credit/debit cards, bank transfers, PayPal, etc. tomake the booking process seamless.

How much does a Voymaze trip cost?

Trip prices vary depending on your chosen destination, trip duration, accommodation standards, and any add-ons. Our packages are built to provide excellent value - you'll experience the thrill of a surprise trip while saving a bit compared to booking it all yourself thanks to our industry partnerships.

Does my budget include food + activities?

Your budget covers flights, accommodations, a personalized itinerary with recommendations, and on-the-ground support. We can customize your package to include meals and pre-booked activities. Let us know your preferences!

Does my budget include transportation to/from the airport?

Upon request we can add airport transfers to your trip package. Specify this in your questionnaire or reach out to our support team.

When do you pay for your Voymaze trip?

Filling in our questionnaire and receiving a trip proposal is free. If your trip departure is less than 28 days away, full payment is collected upon booking. In all other cases, your payment schedule will be visible on thecheck out page before confirming.

How do I know what to pack for my trip?

Shortly before your departure, we'll unveil your surprise destination. But fret not – we won't leave you packing in a panic. Your reveal will include essential details to ensure you're perfectly prepared, like the general climate and what kind of weather to expect. This will help you choose the perfect outfits for your adventure, whether it's swimsuit season or hiking boot territory! Plus, we'll provide a handy packing guide with tips to stream line the process.  And don't worry if you forget something specific – we'll let you know in advance if there are any essentials you might need, like swimwear for a beach getaway or sturdy boots for exploring hidden trails.

Still feeling a flutter of pre-trip excitement?

We get it! That's why we'll also send you an updated weather forecast for your destination the day before you depart. This way, you can pack with even more confidence and start dreaming about all the incredible experiences that await!

How will I receive my boarding passes?

We handle the check-in process for you! Your boarding passes will become available in your personalized digital Trip Itinerary shortly before departure.

Accommodations + Airlines
What types of accommodations does Voymaze book?

We prioritize unique, charming hotels, and guest houses that align with your budget and travel style. Expect comfortable, clean spaces with local character, not generic chain hotels.

How much luggage is included in the cost of my trip?

Standard hand luggage is always included. Exact size and weight requirements vary by airline, but typically this means two carry-on bags: one overhead, one personal item under the seat. Need more space? Add hold luggage after booking!

What happens if my flight is cancelled or changed before my trip?

Unfortunately, flight changes and cancellations can happen. While these are out of our hands, we will work tirelessly to find the best solution. Our priority is finding replacement flights as quickly as possible. Your quick responses will help in securing alternatives which sell out fast. We may also be able to contribute up to 100 Euros to ease the immediate financial impact of booking replacement flights. Travel insurance is always recommended for full protection in these situations.

What is your cancellation policy?

We understand that unforeseen circumstances can arise. You can cancel your trip anytime by contacting us via WhatsApp or email. We'll refund all your payments minus the cost of any non-refundable bookings already made for your trip. Unfortunately, flights cannot be refunded as they're booked upon confirmation.

Does FlexPass cover cancellations for any reason?

FlexPass offers varying levels of coverage depending on your chosen tier. While some"change of mind" cancellations may be eligible for partial refunds, coverage for unforeseen events like illness or emergencies is typically more robust. Please refer to our Terms & Conditions for a full list of covered reasons.

If I decide to add FlexPass later, after I've already booked my trip, can I still do so?

We recommend adding FlexPass at the time of booking for maximum protection. Contact our Travel Experts to see if it's possible to add it after your initial booking.

What if my flight is canceled or significantly delayed?

FlexPass offers support and potential reimbursement for flight disruptions, depending onyour tier. Our team can assist you with rebooking and minimizing the impact on your trip.

I'm booking a luxury trip, does FlexPass cover high-end experiences or accommodations?

Yes! FlexPass is designed to protect your trip investment regardless of the price point. Certain pre-booked activities, especially exclusive ones, may have their own cancellation policies, which will be outlined in our Terms & Conditions.

I'm not sure if I need FlexPass. What if I don't end up using the benefits?

Even if you never need to change your plans or utilize the unexpected event coverage, FlexPass provides peace of mind from the moment you book. Knowing you have a safety net enhances your overall travel experience.

What's the main difference between FlexPass Essentials and Enhanced?

Essentials is perfect for basic flexibility and protection against common travel disruptions. Enhanced offers higher reimbursement limits, trip postponement options, and 24/7 support for those seeking maximum coverage.

How do you make sure a destination is safe for solo (female) travellers?

Safety is paramount! We consider various factors when selecting destinations, including crime rates, infrastructure, and cultural sensitivities for solo travelers, especially women. We also provide resources and tips to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience.

Do I need to be vaccinated against COVID?

Travel restrictions and vaccination requirements are constantly evolving. We recommend checking the latest official government information for your destination well before departure. We can also point you towards helpful resources to stay informed.

Emergency Preparedness
What if I have a medical emergency during my trip?

While we hope your adventure is worry-free, we understand that unexpected situations can arise. We strongly recommend comprehensive travel insurance for medical coverage and other unforeseen events. Additionally, our team is available to assist you in finding local medical care and navigating any challenges that may arise.

Why would I need travel insurance?

While we prioritize a smooth travel experience, unexpected situations can occur (flight cancellations, medical emergencies, etc.). Travel insurance provides financial protection for these eventualities, giving you peace of mind to fully enjoy your Voymaze adventure.

What if something comes up while I'm on my Voymaze Trip?
